How to set up inventory for your items in Bookipi mobile app
Learn how to add inventory to your items with the below steps
Step 1: Open 'More'
Tap 'More' on the lower right.
Step 2: Go to 'Items'
Tap 'Items'.
Step 3: Choose an Item
Select the item you want to set up inventory for.
Step 4: Fill Required Fields
Fill in all mandatory fields.
Step 5: Open Inventory
Scroll down and tap 'Inventory'.
Step 6: Set Quantity
Set the stock quantity.
Step 7: Save Changes
Press 'Save'.
Step 8: Set Deduction Timing
Choose when to deduct inventory (when the invoice is sent or when it is paid).
Step 9: Save Again
Press 'Save' again.
