How to cancel the Contract Pro subscription

Learn how to cancel your Contract Pro subscription in a few simple steps.

Click on your user icon in the lower left corner of your dashboard.

Click ‘Settings’ located below your account email address.

Select the 'Subscription' tab.

Scroll down to the Cancel plan section and click 'Cancel'.

Choose ‘Contract Pro’ to cancel your subscription.

Click 'Continue' to proceed with the cancellation of your subscription.

To confirm your subscription cancellation, check the box acknowledging that your account will be downgraded to the free plan and that your available Contract usage will be reduced accordingly.

Then, click the ‘Cancel add-on’ button.

Your feedback is important to us. Select a reason for your cancellation in the survey so we can identify areas for improvement and enhance our service for you and other users, then click ‘Done’.

Your Contract Pro plan has now been canceled! An email notification confirming your Contract Pro plan cancellation will also be sent.

If you mistakenly canceled your subscription or wish to resubscribe before it expires, you can just click ‘Reactivate’ at the top of the Subscription page to subscribe again.

A: No. You can continue using the Contract Pro features until your current billing cycle ends.

A: You can check your Subscription page for status updates or confirmation of your subscription end date. You may also receive a confirmation email.

A: Yes. Like all other Bookipi plans, the Contract Pro subscription auto-renews. To avoid unexpected charges, please cancel before the start of your renewal period if you do not wish to continue.
