How to use Bookipi eSign’s AI Contract Review feature

Learn how to use Bookipi eSign's AI Contract Review feature to review contracts, apply AI suggestions, and prepare documents for signing in just a few simple steps.

Click ‘Contract’ on the left panel menu of your dashboard.

Select 'Review contract' located at the top of the page.

Upload your document by clicking the upload box and selecting a file from your computer, or simply drag and drop the files into the box.

Read the Disclaimer, then click ‘Agree & Continue’ to proceed.

Choose your role to help the AI review the contract from your perspective and identify areas that may require your attention. Then, click ‘Start review’ to begin the analysis.

Your Contract Insights will appear in the right-hand panel. Each insight is assigned a priority level.

Click an insight to jump directly to the relevant section of the document.

To view AI-suggested revisions, click ‘Preview’ in the Suggestions section. The suggested changes will be highlighted in the document. You can accept the suggestion by clicking the checkmark or reject it by clicking the ‘x’ button.

Once you accept and apply an AI suggestion, the corresponding insight will automatically be struck through to indicate it has been completed.

Click ‘Save for later’ to save your document and continue working on it later.

You can also download your document as a PDF or DOCX file.

When you're ready, click ‘Add signer’ to add recipients, assign signature fields, and send your document for electronic signature.

A: AI Contract Review is a feature in Bookipi eSign that analyzes your contract and provides insights to help you identify important clauses, potential risks, and areas that may need your attention before you sign or send the document.

A: You can upload documents such as agreements, proposals, employment contracts, service contracts, and other legal documents. Supported file formats include DOCX, PDF, PNG, and JPG, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.

A: No. Once an AI suggestion has been accepted and applied, it cannot be undone, so review each suggestion carefully before accepting it. However, you can still manually edit the document or use AI prompts to make additional changes.

A: Yes. Preview the suggested revision and choose whether to accept or reject it before making any changes to your document.
