How to set up an email sequence with Bookipi CRM
Email sequences automate follow-up emails, allowing you to send timely and consistent messages to your leads without having to send each email manually. Follow the steps below to create and activate an email sequence in CRM.
Step 1: Open 'CRM'
From the left-hand panel, click 'CRM'.
Step 2: Go to 'Sequences'
At the top of the CRM page, select the 'Sequences' tab.
Step 3: Create a New Sequence
Click '+ New Sequence' to start creating your email sequence.
Step 4: Customize Your Email Sequence
Enter and customize the email content you want to send to your leads.
You can also configure when the sequence should begin sending. Set the timing according to when you want your leads to receive the automated follow-up emails.
Step 5: Set Your Audience and Exit Criteria
On the right-hand side of the setup page, configure the following:
Lead Sources – Select which sources your leads should come from.
Lead Segments – Choose the specific groups of leads you want to include in the sequence.
Exit Criteria – Define when a lead should stop receiving emails from the sequence.
Step 6: Choose Your Sending Method
Choose how you want to send your emails: through the Bookipi server or by connecting your Gmail account.
Step 7: Activate the Sequence
Once you have reviewed your email content, timing, targeting, and exit criteria, click 'Activate sequence'.
Your sequence will then be activated and automated follow-up emails will begin sending according to the settings you configured.

A: You cannot edit the scheduled day directly, but you can rearrange the email order. Click Steps in the upper-left corner, then drag and drop a step to reorder it.
