How to Turn e-Invoicing On or Off (Pause or Resume) in Bookipi Mobile
Turn Off e-Invoicing
Step 1: Open Settings
Open the Bookipi mobile app and go to 'More' > 'Settings' > 'Customer information'.
Step 2: Open e-Invoicing Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the Customer information screen and look for 'Change country / pause e-invoicing'.
Step 3: Pause e-Invoicing
Turn the Change country / pause e-invoicing toggle ON, then tap 'Save'.
Your e-Invoicing setup is now paused.
Turn e-Invoicing Back On
Step 1: Open Settings
Open the Bookipi mobile app and go to 'More' > 'Settings' > 'Customer information'.
Step 2: Open e-Invoicing Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the Customer information screen and look for Change country / pause e-invoicing.
Step 3: Resume e-Invoicing
Turn the Change country / pause e-invoicing toggle OFF, then tap Save.
Your e-Invoicing setup is no longer paused, and you can continue creating and sending e-Invoices.
Important
The Change country / pause e-invoicing setting can also be used to change the country associated with your e-Invoicing registration. Make sure your settings are correct before tapping Save.

Q: Is e-Invoicing available on the Bookipi Web app?
A: Currently, the e-Invoicing pause and resume settings are available only on the Bookipi mobile app. To turn e-Invoicing on or off, use More > Settings > Customer information in the mobile app.
