How to edit or remove your PayPal account in the Bookipi Mobile App
Learn how to update your PayPal email address or remove PayPal as a payment option on your invoices using the Bookipi mobile app.
Step 1: Open 'More'
Tap 'More' in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Open Settings
Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner to access Settings.
Step 3: Open Customer Payment Options
Select 'Customer payment option' to access your payment settings.
Step 4: Update or Remove Your PayPal Account
Choose the action you want to take:
To edit your PayPal account: Update your PayPal email address in the designated field.
To remove your PayPal account: Delete your PayPal email address from the field.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Tap 'Save' in the upper-right corner to apply your changes.
Note: Adding and connecting a new PayPal account is only available through the Bookipi Web App. The mobile app only allows you to edit or remove an existing PayPal account.

Q: How can I reconnect my PayPal account or link a new one after removing my previous account?
A: To reconnect your previous PayPal account or link a new one, please use the Bookipi Web App. Adding and connecting a PayPal account is only available on the web version, while the mobile app only allows you to edit or remove an existing PayPal account.
Q: Are there fees for receiving payments through PayPal?
A: Yes. PayPal may charge transaction fees for payments received. Visit the official PayPal website for more information about applicable fees.
Q: Why is PayPal still showing on my invoices after I disabled card payments?
A: Disabling card payments only turns off debit and credit card payments. PayPal is managed separately and will remain available as a payment option if it is still connected.
