How to get a customer to sign an invoice

Learn how to get a customer to sign an invoice in Bookipi Invoice mobile app with 5 simple steps:

Tap the blue + button in the lower-right corner to create a new invoice, or open an existing invoice from your invoice list.

Enter the invoice details, then under the Others section, enable ‘Request signature’.

Enable the ‘Request customer signature’ toggle to allow your customer to sign the invoice.

Tap ‘Save’ to create a new invoice, or ‘Update’ to save changes to an existing invoice.

Tap ‘Send’ to email the invoice to your customer.

The email will include a ‘Click to sign’ button for them to sign electronically.

Alternatively, you can collect the signature in person using your device. From the invoice list, select the invoice, swipe left, and tap ‘More’.

Then, select ‘Sign’.

A signature box will appear, allowing your customer to enter their signature and then tap the checkmark to complete the invoice signing.

A customer signature provides confirmation that the customer has reviewed and approved the invoice. It can also serve as a record of acceptance for your services or products.
