Learn how to make an invoice in Bookipi Invoice Web v1 with our simple steps below:

Step 1: Tap the red + (plus) button

Step 2: Add a customer

Step 3: Add an item you want to charge them for

Step 4: Change the item quantity.

Step 5: Add your signature. You can also choose to press the 'Request a Client signature' option.

Step 6: Add notes, terms and conditions, and photo of the item

Step 7: Preview the invoice

Step 8: Double-check your customer's email. You can change the customer email in the Customers section. Tap the 'Send' button when you're ready.

Step 9 (Optional): You can also get notified when your client has read the invoice email by turning on your notifications.
