How to add bank payment details to invoices

Add your bank payment details on invoices so customers can make payments directly to you. Follow these steps to add your bank payment details to invoices in the Bookipi Invoice mobile app:

Step 1: Tap ‘More’.

Tap 'More' on the lower right of your screen.

Step 2: Select 'Settings'.

Select 'Settings'.

Step 3: Select 'Payment Instruction'.

Select the 'Payment Instruction' option from the Company section.

Step 4: Enable 'Display payment instruction'.

Enable the 'Display payment instruction' option.

Step 5: Enter your bank details.

Tap on each field to add your bank information.

Step 6: Tap the checkmark button to save.

Tap the checkmark button to save your work.

All invoices you generate will now display bank payment instructions, and these will also be visible on the web app.

The Payment Instruction feature is only available on the mobile app and applies only to the invoice or first category. If you are using only the web app, you can add the payment instructions in the "Notes" field of your invoice.

If you wish to hide payment instructions from your invoices, simply disable the 'Display payment instruction' option from the Settings of your mobile app.
