How to duplicate a proposal

Learn how to duplicate a proposal on the Web App with the simple guide below.

Step 1: Select ‘Proposal AI’.

Click on ‘Proposal AI’ either in the Dashboard menu or in the left-hand panel of the screen to access the Proposal feature.

Step 2: Choose the Proposal.

Click the Proposal you want to duplicate.

Step 3: Select the three dots.

Click the three dots on the top right-hand corner to open the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Select 'Duplicate'.

Click 'Duplicate' to duplicate the proposal.

Your proposal has now been duplicated.

Step 5: Edit the duplicated proposal.

Enter the necessary information into your proposal.

Step 6: Select 'Continue'.

Click 'Continue' to fill out the information about your item or service.

Step 7: Add the item or service to your proposal.

Enter the information about your item or service and then click 'Continue'.

Step 8: Add the Terms and Agreement of your proposal.

Edit the Terms and Conditions template when you scroll down by clicking the pencil logo. Once done, select 'Check preview' to proceed with the preview page.

Step 9: Preview your proposal.

You can review your work before sending it by clicking the 'View PDF' button.

Step 10: Send your proposal.

If you wish to send the proposal to your customer, please review your customer's email and the email message. Press 'Send' when you're ready.
