Learn how to complete a proposal that has been accepted by your customer in Bookipi Proposals with the simple guide below.

Click on ‘Proposal’ either in the Dashboard menu or in the left-hand panel of the screen to access the Proposal feature.

Select the Proposal you wish to complete.

Select the three dots in the top right corner to open the drop-down menu.

Click 'Complete' to notify your client via email that the Proposal has been completed.

Your proposal has now been completed.

Your client will receive an email notifying them that the proposal has been completed.

If you complete a proposal with a service item that is billed on completion, your client will receive an email to accept or decline the proposal. If they accept the proposal they will be billed automatically, if they decline the proposal you will be notified.

If the client accepts the completion of the proposal, they will receive an email with the paid invoice and a receipt for the payment.

You will also be notified via email that your client has paid for your service and the invoice will be saved to your Bookipi account.

If they select decline a proposal, a pop-up will appear requesting the reason for the decline

You will receive an email saying your proposal completion has been declined.
