Learn how to complete a proposal that has been accepted by your customer in Bookipi Proposals, with this simple guide below.

Step 1: Select Proposals

Step 2: Select the proposal you wish to complete

Step 3: Select the three dots on the top right corner

Step 4: Select 'Complete'

Your proposal will now have been completed

Your client will receive an email notifying them that the proposal has been completed.

If you complete a proposal with a service item that is billed on completion, your client will receive an email to accept or decline the proposal. If they accept the proposal they will be billed automatically, if they decline the proposal you will be notified.

If your client accepts the completion of the proposal

If the client accepts the completion of the proposal, they will receive an email of the invoice that has been paid.

And a receipt of the paid invoice

You will also be notified via email that your client has paid for your service and the invoice will be saved to your Bookipi account.

Please note: Invoices generated via a proposal can be viewed and printed on your Bookipi web and Bookipi mobile account but cannot be edited

If your client declines to complete a proposal

If they select decline a proposal, a pop up will appear requesting the reason for the decline

You will then receive an email from the merchant to say your proposal completion has been declined
