How to verify your account
There are two ways to verify your account:
Verifying your account as a new user
Step 1: Open Verification Email
Check your inbox for the email you received after creating your account. Select ‘Verify your account’ within the email.
If the email address you entered is incorrect, you may not have received the email.
To verify the email address you used, go to More > Username in the mobile app.
If you need to update your email address, please contact
us at support@bookipi.com.
Step 2: Set Up Your Password
Enter your preferred password. Tap ‘Submit’ to finalise the setup.
Your account is now verified and ready for use!
If you do not verify your account and you attempt to create and send an invoice, you will be prompted to verify your account.
If you have already verified your account via email, simply drag down on the screen to refresh it and this prompt will disappear.
Verifying your account as an existing user
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Open the Bookipi Invoice mobile app and log in.
Step 2: Navigate 'More'
Tap ‘More’ from the bottom options.
Step 3: Access Settings
Select ‘Settings’ to access more options.
Step 4: Navigate to User Account
Tap ‘User Account’.
Tap ‘Verify your email’.
This option is not available if you have already verified your account.
If you have already verified your account, simply refresh the screen by dragging down on it or logging out and logging back into your account.
Step 5: Check Your Email
You will receive a verification email. Open the email and click ‘Verify your account’.
Alternatively, you can enter the provided verification code directly into the Bookipi Invoice mobile app.
Your email is now successfully verified!
