How to edit your signature in invoices
Learn how to easily update the business signature displayed on your invoices in Bookipi Invoice Web App by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Access the Business Settings.
Click on the Business icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings.
Click ‘Settings’ beneath your account email address.
Step 3: Select the Services Section.
Under the Settings menu, select ‘Services’.
Step 4: Edit Signature.
Click on the signature box to open the editing field.
Add your new signature in the signature field.
If needed, click the 'Refresh icon' to start over.
Click ‘Save’ once you’re satisfied with your updated signature to save the changes.
Your updated signature is now ready for use!
FAQs about how to edit your signature in invoices
Q: Does changing my signature affect invoices already sent?
A: No, invoices already sent or downloaded typically keep the original signature used at the time they were created.
Q: Can I upload my signature?
A: No, uploading a signature is not currently supported in the app.
Q: Can I remove my signature from invoices completely?
A: There is currently no option to permanently delete a saved signature from your account settings. However, you can disable the signature option in your invoice preferences if you do not want it to appear on invoices.
Q: Can I restore my previous signature?
A: No, there is currently no option to restore a previous signature. You will need to draw your signature again.
