How to edit a recurring invoice

Learn how to edit a recurring invoice and change the frequency or next issue date with these simple steps:

Step 1: Click ‘Invoice’.

Select the 'Invoice' category from the left panel of your screen.

Step 2: Click ‘Recurring’.

Click the 'Recurring' button at the top of your invoice list to view all your recurring invoices.

Step 3: Click the ellipsis button.

Click the ellipsis button next to the invoice you want to edit the recurring schedule for.

Step 4: Select ‘Edit’.

Click ‘Edit’ to begin making changes to your recurring invoice.

Step 5: Edit the recurring schedule.

Edit the invoice repeat frequency and next issue date as needed in the right panel of the invoice.

Step 6: Send the invoice. (Optional)

You will be prompted to send the invoice. Enter your customer’s email address and click ‘Send’ to send the invoice. If you don’t want to send it, click ‘Close’.
