Keeping your subscription running smoothly starts with up-to-date payment details. Whether your card has expired or you’d like to switch to a new one, updating your billing info for your Bookipi Web subscription is quick and easy.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to update your card details step by step so you can stay uninterrupted and focused on what matters most.
Step 1: Select your user icon
Click your user icon in the lower-left corner of your screen.
If you manage multiple companies, ensure you’ve selected the correct company before proceeding.
Step 2: Select ‘Settings’
Click 'Settings' located below your account email address. Please note that you must have an active subscription to access the payment update feature.
Step 3: Click on the 'Subscription' tab
In the settings menu, go to the 'Subscription' tab.
Step 4: Click on ‘Update card’
In the Payment method section, click 'Update card' located on the far right.
Step 5: Add your new card information
Enter your new card details in the provided fields. Please note, this option is only available for accounts with an active subscription.
Step 6: Click on ‘Update card’
Click 'Update Card' to save and confirm your changes.
You’re all set! Your payment details have been successfully updated, so your subscription will continue without interruptions. You can also manage your subscription preferences, including setting up or modifying your monthly plan, in the same section.
