How to download subscription invoices

After subscribing to the Bookipi web app, you can easily download an invoice for your records. Follow the steps below to view and save your subscription invoice.

Click your user icon in the lower-left corner of your screen.

If you manage multiple companies, ensure you’ve selected the correct company before proceeding.

Next, click on ‘Settings’.

In the settings menu, click on the 'Subscription' tab.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Invoice history', which can be found on the far right side of the Next billing date section.

In the Invoice history section, you’ll find a list of all your subscription invoices. Click on the invoice you want to download.

In the invoice detail window, click the download icon (an arrow pointing down) in the top-right corner to save the invoice as a PDF to your device.

A: Subscription invoices are typically available in PDF format for easy viewing and record-keeping.

A: No, bulk downloading is not currently supported. Each invoice must be downloaded individually.

A: The steps above apply to subscriptions purchased through the web app. If you subscribed through the mobile app, your subscription invoices are managed by Apple or Google. You can find them in your Apple ID or Google Play account under Payments & Subscriptions.
