How to subscribe for multiple businesses

Once you have created additional companies on your account, you may want to unlock these companies to access unlimited invoices for these companies. Bookipi allows you to manage up to three companies under a single account, including your default company. However, note that the functionality differs by platform; the web version supports the management of all companies, while the mobile app only displays the default company.

Step 1: Click on your user icon.

Step 2: Select a company.

Select the company account you wish to subscribe to and double-check that you are indeed on the correct company

Step 3: Click on your user icon.

Step 4: Click ‘Settings’.

Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down options.

Step 5: Select ‘Subscription’.

Select the ‘Subscription’ tab.

Step 6: Choose between a monthly or yearly plan.

Switch the toggle to select either a monthly or yearly plan.

Step 7: Click ‘Upgrade’.

Choose between the Starter or Professional plan and click ‘Upgrade’.

Step 8: Enter your card details.

Enter your card details in the provided fields.

Step 9: Click ‘Add Card’.

Review your details and click ‘Add Card’.

Congratulations! You have subscribed for another company on your account. To verify your subscription status or identify your default company, check the business name displayed in the top-left corner of the web app or navigate to the Settings section.

Note: Subscription plans are set on a per-company basis. Each additional company you add to your account will require its own subscription to access premium features, even if you already have an active subscription for your default company.
