How to subscribe to multiple businesses

Once you have created additional companies on your account, you may want to unlock these companies to access unlimited invoices for these companies. Bookipi allows you to manage up to three companies under a single account, including your default company. However, note that the functionality differs by platform; the web version supports the management of all companies, while the mobile app only displays the default company.

Follow these steps to subscribe to your added company:

Step 1: Click on your user icon

Click your user icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Select a company

Click on your company to view the list of associated companies.

Select the company you want to subscribe to and confirm that you have selected the correct company before proceeding.

Step 3: Click ‘Settings’

Click the 'Settings' (⚙️) button.

Step 4: Select ‘Subscription’

Navigate to the ‘Subscription’ tab.

Step 5: Choose between a monthly or yearly plan

Use the toggle to choose between a monthly or annual subscription plan.

Step 6: Click ‘Upgrade’

Select either the Starter or Professional plan and click ‘Upgrade’. Scroll down to view what’s included with each subscription.

Step 7: Enter your card details.

Enter your card details, then click 'Upgrade now' to complete your subscription and activate your Starter or Professional plan.

You’ve successfully subscribed to another company on your account. To confirm your subscription status or see your default company, check the business name in the top-left corner of the web app or go to the Settings section.

Note: Subscription plans are applied on a per-company basis. Each additional company added to your account requires its own subscription to access premium features, even if you already have an active subscription for your default company. Understanding this helps you manage subscriptions effectively and avoid issues with account association.

Additionally, mobile app subscriptions are tied to the app store account used for the purchase and cannot be transferred to a different app store account. This ensures that the subscription remains linked to the original app store login, regardless of the device or Bookipi account being used.
