How to connect to QuickBooks on the Web App

Learn how to connect your Bookipi Invoice account to QuickBooks on the Web App with these easy steps.

Step 1: Go to https://bookipi.com/ then, select **‘Log in‘**.

The connect card is located in multiple areas on the Web platform. You can find it on your Dashboard, Invoice History page, Create Invoice page, and in the Settings under the Integration tab. In case you closed the connect cards (x) you can connect on the 'Settings' > 'Integration' tab.

Step 2: Click on the 'QuickBooks' logo.

This opens the QuickBooks login or sign-up page. You can log in to your existing account or create a new one.

Step 3: Enter your email address and password, and click ‘Sign in’ and then ‘Continue’.

After logging in to your existing account or creating a new QuickBooks account, you'll be prompted to confirm a privacy notification. This notification informs you that information will be shared between QuickBooks and Bookipi.

Step 4: Click 'Connect', and a success message will appear.

This indicates that your account has been successfully connected.

After connecting, you'll receive an email notification confirming that your Bookipi Invoice account is successfully linked to your QuickBooks account.
