How to connect to QuickBooks on the Web App

Step 1: Log in to Your Bookipi Invoice Account
Ensure you are Logged in to your Bookipi Invoice web app account. Go to https://bookipi.com/ then, select ‘Log in‘.
The Connect Card is available in multiple areas on the Web platform,
including your Dashboard, Invoice History, Create Invoice page, and under Settings > Integration. If you accidentally close the Connect Card (❌), you can still access it at any time by navigating to Settings > Integration.
Step 2: Click on the 'QuickBooks' logo
Click the QuickBooks logo to open the QuickBooks login or sign-up page. You can log in to your existing account or create a new one.
Step 3: Sign in to Your QuickBooks Account
Enter your email address and click ‘Sign in’.
Enter your password and then click ‘Continue’.
After logging in, you will be prompted with a privacy notification informing you that information will be shared between QuickBooks and Bookipi.
Step 5: Connect QuickBooks to Bookipi
Click ‘Connect’ to authorize the integration process.
A loading page will appear indicating the integration process.
Step 6: Confirmation of Connection
Once the integration is complete, you will see a confirmation message stating that QuickBooks and Bookipi are now connected.
You can verify the connection by checking the status in your settings.
After connecting, you'll receive an email notification confirming that your Bookipi Invoice account is successfully linked to your QuickBooks account.
