To get started, all you to do is input some keywords related to your business. Our website builder generates content and images which you can keep or edit. This gives you the easiest base to work on so you don’t need to start from scratch. Customize to your liking.

A: Our AI Website Builder Pro plan is priced at 13.00 USD per month or 119.88 USD (equivalent to 9.99 USD per month) if you choose to pay annually.

Please note that once you subscribed, your card will be charged automatically and will renew based on your subscription date. If you need to cancel your plan, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid having the fees charged for that period.
Q: Why is my domain showing a “pending” status after connecting it to your website builder?
A: Typically, the process of connecting your domain to your website takes less than a few hours to go live but can take up to 48 hours. However, if you still encounter any issues or it is not published within this timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: I have subscribed to the AI Website Builder Pro plan and successfully connected my domain, but my published website created with Bookipi is not working. What should I do?
A: There are several factors that could be causing this issue. Here are some common scenarios and steps you can take:
Your domain might still be linked to your previous website host or domain provider.
In this case, you'll need to log in to your account with your domain provider, where you purchased and registered your domain, and access your DNS settings. From there, delete the CNAME and A records. Once you've done that, contact us so we can reset your domain and help you reconnect it to your website.
Your email address has not been verified yet.
Please check and verify your email to ensure your account runs smoothly.
You may not have paid for your domain, especially if you obtained it from Ionos through our app.
Please note that Ionos is only our domain hosting partner. Subscribing to our AI Website Builder only gives you access to premium features for customizing your website but acquiring a domain is a different service and requires a separate payment.
Q: How can I remove my current domain and connect to a new one?
A: The app currently doesn’t provide an option to delete your existing domain linked to your website. If you'd like to replace it with a new one, or simply want to remove your existing domain, please reach out to us at support@bookipi.com, and we’ll be glad to assist you with the process.
Q: How to delete my website?
A: The app doesn’t offer an option to delete your website, but you have two options if you want to start over with your website.
You can either unpublish it and edit its content;
Or click ‘Start over’ from the ellipsis button in the top-right corner of your dashboard, next to the ‘Publish’ button, to regenerate your entire website page using AI. Please note, if you have a domain connected to your website, it will remain active, and only the content of your website will be regenerated.
However, if you really need to delete your website, feel free to contact us at support@bookipi.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Keep in mind that once your website is deleted, it cannot be restored.
