How to archive or unarchive your invoice on the Web App
In this simple guide, you will learn:
How to Archive an Invoice
Step 1: Click ‘Invoice’.
Click ‘Invoice’ on the left panel of your dashboard.
Step 2: Select the invoice.
Select the invoice you want to archive by checking the box next to it.
Step 3: Click the 'Archive' button.
Click the 'Archive' button to remove it from the default Inbox view.
How to Unarchive an Invoice
Step 1: Click ‘Invoice’.
Click ‘Invoice’ on the left panel of your dashboard.
Step 2: Click the ‘Archived’ button.
Click the ‘Archived’ button located at the top right of your invoice list page.
Step 3: Select the invoice.
Select the invoice you want to unarchive by checking the box next to it.
Step 4: Click the 'Unarchive' button.
Click the 'Unarchive' button to move it back to the Inbox view.
Step 5: Return to the invoice list.
To go back to your invoice list inbox, click the 'X' button located at the top right corner of the page.
Please note that this also applies to Estimate and other categories. Just select the desired category from the left-hand panel of your dashboard and follow the same steps.
