How to use the Pipeline View on Web App

Learn how to use the Pipeline Feature on Web App by following the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to bookipi.com.

Step 2: Choose 'Manage customers'.

Select 'Manage customers' on the left-hand side of your screen to access the Pipeline feature.

You can now see the Pipeline feature. The customers will be automatically sorted according to the documents you have.

Please note that the Customers are categorized and moved automatically based on the following rules.

  • New - Displays the customers that have been added for the last 30 days.

  • In Progress - Customers that have been drafted documents for the last 30 days.

  • Invoice Sent - Invoices that have been sent to the customer for the last 30 days.

  • Invoice Paid - Invoices that have been paid in the last 30 days.


There are 2 ways to view your Pipeline. The List view and the Kanban view.

To Change to List View

Step 1: On the left-hand side of your screen, select ‘Manage customers’.

Step 3: Choose 'Manage customers'.

Select 'Manage customers' on the left-hand side of your screen to access the Pipeline feature.

Your Pipeline will now be displayed in List View.

To Change to Kanban View

Step 1: Choose 'Manage customers'.

Select 'Manage customers' on the left-hand side of your screen to access the Pipeline feature.

Step 2: Select the rectangular shapes icon.

Your Pipeline will now be displayed in Kanban View.
