How to remove your customer from Pipeline
Learn how to remove your customer from the Pipeline by following these simple steps below:
Step 1: Log in to bookipi.com.
Log in to your Bookipi account to access the Pipeline feature.
Step 2: Select ‘Pipeline’.
Select 'Pipeline' on the left-hand panel of your screen.
Step 3: Select the three dots.
Select the three dots next to your customer’s name.
Step 4: Select ‘Remove from the board’.
Select 'Remove from the board' highlighted in red to remove the customer from your Pipeline view.
Please note that removing a customer from the Pipeline won’t delete them from the customer’s category.
