How to create a proposal using the Proposal AI

Step 1: Log in to your Bookipi account

Making a new proposal

There are two ways to create a new proposal

Step 2: Select ‘Proposal AI’.

Click on ‘Proposal AI’ either in the Dashboard menu or in the left-hand panel of the screen to access the Proposal feature.

Step 3: Select ‘+ Create’ or '+ New'.

Click ‘+ Create’ or ‘+ New’ to begin creating your proposal.

Step 4: Add an Item to Your Proposal.

Choose the items you’d like to include in your proposal. You can add products, services, or other relevant options by entering them in the Search Bar.

Step 5: Provide a Company Description.

Enter a brief description of your company. This information helps the AI generate personalized proposal content for you. Click ‘Next’ when you’re done.

Step 6: Enter your business name.

Enter your business name, then click ‘Generate Proposal'.

Step 7: Edit the Proposal on the Preview Page.

On the Preview page, you can edit the proposal details, including the proposal content, item list, and service agreement.

Step 8: Click 'Send' to send your Proposal to the Customer.

Click ‘Send’ in the top-right corner of the page to review the customer details.

Please note that if the customer profile does not have an email address on file, you will be prompted to add one before proceeding.

Step 9: Enter or Update Customer Details.

After clicking the 'Send' button, you’ll be prompted to enter or update your customer’s details, including their email address, subject line, and message.

Step 10: Send the Proposal.

Click 'Send'. You will receive a confirmation message letting you know if the proposal was successfully sent or if there was an error.
