How to sync Bookipi Invoice with Bookipi Expense

Learn how to sync your Bookipi Invoice account to Bookipi Expense with these easy-to-follow steps.

Step 1: Log in to Bookipi Expense

Tap 'Log In' to access your account.

Step 2: Use the Same Account

Ensure you use the same account (Username) as your Bookipi Invoice to enable syncing. This is essential for the sync option to work.

Step 3: Sync Your Data

After logging in, a prompt will appear asking if you'd like to sync your data with Bookipi Invoice. Tap ‘Yes!’ to proceed.

If you accidentally selected ‘No’ by mistake, follow these steps to manually sync.

Step 4: Add a New Wallet

Tap the ‘+ Add wallet’ button.

Step 5: Create a New Wallet for Syncing

Select the option to ‘Create a new wallet’.

Step 6: Add Wallet Details

Enter your wallet name and select ‘Business’ as the category. Tap ‘Save’ once you're done.

Step 7: Open Your Wallet

Open your wallet and tap the ‘Settings’ icon located at the bottom right.

Step 8: Sync with Bookipi Invoice

Choose the ‘Sync with Bookipi Invoice’ option.

Step 9: Confirm Sync

Confirm by selecting ‘Yes!’ to complete the process.

Your wallet is now successfully synced with Bookipi Invoice. You can view both your income and any expenses added to your Cash Flow.
