How to add, edit and disable a review in Bookipi AI Website Builder
Feature customer feedback on your website to boost your company’s credibility with the simple steps below.
Step 1: Click ‘Website’.
Click ‘‘Website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.
From your website overview, hover over your site and click ‘Edit’.
Step 3: Add a Reviews section.
To add a Reviews section to your website, click ‘Contents’ (the second icon with two rectangles) in the lower right corner of your dashboard, then click the ‘+’ button.
Alternatively, hover between sections on your website where you want to place the Reviews section, then click the ‘+’ button.
Step 4: Choose your Reviews layout.
Select ‘Reviews’ from the options, choose a template, then click ‘Next’.
Optionally, provide details to help AI generate your content. When you’re ready, click ‘Add section’ to add it to your site.
Step 5: Manage your reviews.
Hover over your Reviews section and click ‘Manage contents’ on the right side. From here, you can enable or disable the 5-star rating display, manage profile pictures for each review, and add or delete reviews.
To add a review, scroll down and click ‘+ New item’.
To delete a review, click the trash icon next to it.
Step 6: Edit your reviews.
Click directly on any review on your site to edit it. You can also select ‘Improve text’ to refine the content with AI assistance.
Step 7: Click ‘Publish’.
Your changes are saved automatically. When you’re ready to go live, click ‘Publish’ or ‘Update’ if your site is already published.

A: You can add up to 5 reviews per Reviews section.
Q: Do the reviews have to come from customers?
A: No, reviews don’t have to be from customers. You can also include a relevant quote that reflects positively on your business. If needed, you can turn off the 5-star rating display to hide it.
Q: How can I display multiple reviews on my website?
A: Each Reviews section supports up to 5 reviews. You can add multiple Reviews sections to display more content; however, the heading and subheading cannot be removed from additional sections.
