How to add or edit FAQs in Bookipi AI Website Builder
Provide instant answers to common questions about your products or services by adding FAQs to your website. Follow these simple steps to learn how to add or update your FAQ section on you website.
Step 1: Log in to Bookipi and click ‘Manage website’.
Log in to your Bookipi account and click ‘Manage website’ in the left-hand panel of Bookipi Web app.
Step 2: Select 'FAQ'.
Select 'FAQ' from the available drop-down menus in the Content section.
Step 3: Enable ‘Show FAQ’.
Enable ‘Show FAQ’, then add or edit your questions and answers in the provided field.
Step 4: Click ‘+ Add FAQ’ to add more FAQs.
To add another FAQ, scroll down until you see the ‘+ Add FAQ’ option.
To delete an FAQ, click the trash bin icon next to the FAQ number.
Step 5: Click 'Save' and 'Publish'.
If you make changes to your website, be sure to save and publish them to apply the updates. If you're not ready to publish yet, just click 'Save' to keep your changes.
