  • Avoid walking on carpets with shoes until dry

  • Maintain good ventilation to speed up drying

  • Do not place heavy furniture back immediately

Service Warranty

Cleaners aim to deliver high-quality results using professional methods. We offer 7-day service warranty on workmanship-related issues for the task completed. If something isn’t cleaned properly or the same problem reoccurs due to the service, contact our Support team within 7 days for review and resolution.

This warranty does not cover permanent stains, pre-existing damage, fabric discoloration, or issues unrelated to the completed service.


Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that plans can change and aim to be fair to both customers and cleaners.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking through the platform or chat directly with your cleaner. Rescheduling is usually free when done in advance, and helpers are often flexible in adjusting the time, even on the booking day.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings canceled within 12 hours may incur a cancellation fee to compensate the cleaner.
