How to update your profile
Sign in to your Bookmyhelp account.
Go to Profile.
Edit the required fields.
Click Save Changes.
Tip: Always keep your email and phone number up to date to avoid missing important updates.
2. Password Management
Keeping your password secure protects your account from unauthorized access.
Change your password
You will need:
Current Password
New Password
Re-enter New Password
Steps
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Password.
Enter your current password.
Create a new strong password.
Confirm the new password.
Click Update Password.
Password tips
Use at least 8 characters.
Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid using personal details like your name or phone number.
3. Account Security
Bookmyhelp provides additional security options to keep your account safe.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code in addition to your password.
How to enable 2FA
Go to Account Security.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
An OTP will be send to registered phone number.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
Recommended: Enable 2FA to prevent unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.
