1. Profile Information

Your profile helps us personalize your experience and keep your account secure.

What you can update

  • First Name & Last Name – Ensure your name matches your official records for smooth communication.

  • Phone Number – Used for service updates, verification, and security alerts.

  • Email Address – Primary contact for account notifications and recovery.

  • Postal Code – Helps us show services relevant to your location.

How to update your profile

  1. Sign in to your Bookmyhelp account.

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Edit the required fields.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Tip: Always keep your email and phone number up to date to avoid missing important updates.

2. Password Management

Keeping your password secure protects your account from unauthorized access.

Change your password

You will need:

  • Current Password

  • New Password

  • Re-enter New Password

Steps

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Password.

  3. Enter your current password.

  4. Create a new strong password.

  5. Confirm the new password.

  6. Click Update Password.

Password tips

  • Use at least 8 characters.

  • Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

  • Avoid using personal details like your name or phone number.

3. Account Security

Bookmyhelp provides additional security options to keep your account safe.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code in addition to your password.

How to enable 2FA

  1. Go to Account Security.

  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication.

  3. An OTP will be send to registered phone number.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Recommended: Enable 2FA to prevent unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.

4. My Notifications

Control how and when you receive updates from Bookmyhelp.

Promotional Offers & Recommendations

Stay informed about new services, deals, and recommendations.

You can choose to receive notifications via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Push Notifications

Simply check or uncheck the boxes based on your preference.

Account Security & Assignments

Receive critical updates related to your account activity and service assignments.
