1. What Data is Synced between Pebble and Brevo?
The following table details the data points shared between Pebble and Brevo and indicates the direction of each sync.
Notably, marketing consent is the only information that flows bidirectionally - an update in one platform is immediately reflected in the other.
All other customer and booking data points are sent exclusively from Pebble to Brevo.

Note: Pebble will not overwrite your existing Brevo data points. If you have custom fields (e.g. Favourite Colour), they will be maintained, and Pebble's datapoints will be injected around them.
2. How to Enable the Integration
The Brevo integration is currently available on request only. To get started, follow these steps:
Request Access: Contact our support team at support@bookpebble.co.uk to have our team verify suitability for enabling the Brevo integration for your account.
Verify Enablement: Once enabled by Pebble, the Brevo tile in the integrations section will unlocked
3. Setting Up Your API Connection
Once the feature is enabled, you will need to link your Brevo account using an API key.
1. Find Your Brevo API Key
Log in to your Brevo account (or create an account, if you do not already have one)
Navigate to Settings > SMTP & API.
Click Generate a new API key.
Copy the key immediately (you won't be able to see it again)
2. Connect in Pebble
In Pebble, go to Integrations > Brevo.
Paste your API key into the field.
Click Save.
A confirmation message, "Successfully sending data to Brevo," will appear once the link is active.
Important: Once an API key is saved, it cannot be changed directly in Pebble. If you need to update or remove your key, please contact support@bookpebble.co.uk
4. Understanding the Sync Process
Initial Sync: When the integration occurs, your Pebble customers will appear in your Brevo contact list.
Customer Matching: Pebble matches customers based on phone number and email address. If a match is found, existing contacts are updated with new data points.
Data Frequency: General customer data and booking insights sync every 8 hours.
Marketing Consent: This sync is immediate. If a customer opts out in Brevo, it reflects in Pebble instantly, and vice versa.
