How to Set Up Your Brand Identity
1. Experiment with Colours
You can begin customising your look immediately - navigate to Settings β Brand Identity. Select your two brand colours to see how they transform your booking screens.
Note: You can preview these changes, but you cannot save them until the functionality is activated for your account.
2. Accessibility & Contrast
Safety and inclusion are our priorities. If your chosen colours do not meet standard contrast ratios, you will not be able to save them. You will be prompted to make adjustments until the contrast ratios meet accessibility requirements.
3. Activate Premium Access
White Labelling is a paid premium feature. To switch it on and save your customisations contact our Customer Experience (CX) team to arrange activation.

For Franchise owners: Branding for the main Franchise Page can be set-up by our Customer Experience (CX) team and cannot be actioned directly in the provider dashboard.
