  1. Card Payment Fails

    • Ensure your card is a VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro. Other card types might not be supported.

    • Double-check that you’ve entered your card details correctly:

      • Card number

      • Expiration date

      • CVV code

    • Confirm that your card allows online purchases and that the transaction amount doesn’t exceed your card’s limit.

    • Verify there are sufficient funds on your card for the purchase.

    • Contact your bank to check if the transaction was blocked for security reasons.

  2. Alternative Payment Methods If your card payment continues to fail, try one of these options available in your country:

    • Google Pay: Tap the Google Pay button at checkout and confirm your purchase.

    • Apple Pay: Tap the Apple Pay button and double-click the side button to verify.

    • PayPal: Use the PayPal tab at checkout. Log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment.

    • Boleto (Brazil): Tap the Boleto tab, enter your CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), and follow the instructions to complete payment.

    • Sofort (Europe): Select the Sofort tab, log in to your bank, and confirm your transaction.

    • SEPA (Europe): Provide your account holder’s name and IBAN to make a direct payment.


Service Not Activated After Payment

If your service hasn’t been activated despite a successful payment, please contact our support team. When reaching out, include the following details to help us assist you efficiently:

  • A screenshot of the payment confirmation
