How to Log into Your Account in My Muse?

When you first start using the My Muse app, you can jump straight into watching your favorite series — no login needed. Convenient, but there’s one thing to keep in mind: if you’re not logged in, your watch progress is saved only on your device.

That means if you:

  • uninstall the app,

  • switch to a new phone or tablet, or

  • clear the app data,

you may lose your watch history and progress.

To make sure your progress is always saved and available across devices, we recommend logging into your account.


How to Log In

  1. Open the My Muse app.

  2. Go to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Tap Login under your avatar.

Then choose the option that matches your situation:


Continue with Email (for existing accounts or web purchases)

Choose Continue with Email if:

  • you already have a My Muse account and want to log in, or

  • you purchased a subscription on the website and want to access your subscription benefits in the app using the same email

Next:

  1. Enter the email linked to your account or the email you used to purchase your subscription on the website.

  2. Enter your password:

    • If you signed up on the website and never created a password before, you can enter any password here — it will become your password for My Muse.

  3. Tap Sign In.

Forgot your password?

Tap Forgot Password?, enter your email, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.


Create an account (for new users)

Choose Create an account if you:

  • haven’t purchased anything on the website, and

  • don’t have an account yet.

Next:

  1. Enter your email.

  2. Create a password.

  3. Re-enter it in the confirmation field.

  4. Tap Sign Up.


You’re all set!

Once you’re logged in, your watch progress will be saved to your account, so you can log in on any device and continue watching right where you left off.
