There are multiple ways to find a booking in the system.
Through History in the menu. There you can search after the customers name, email, phone number or booking-ID.
In History, you can also filter bookings after Upcoming, Past, Removed or Reservations.
You can also search for bookings using the search button at the top of the page in the mobile, or use the search-icon in the left menu on desktop.
Through Booking Manifest in the menu.
If you know which day the customer booked: Select the day for the booking, then you will find the customer in the list. You can also click the button "Filter" and search for the customers name.
If you don't know which dat the customer booked: Click on the search-icon in the top right corner and search by using email, booking-ID, phone number or name.
