You can find the Account details section by selecting Account from the left-hand menu:

To add your business information, select Edit:

The information you add here will appear on the footer of your Public pages. You can add your business name, email address, contact number, sector (such as "Arts & Crafts") and any social media links.

For example:

If you wish to delete your Bookwhen account, select Delete your account at the bottom of the Account details page:

Account deletion takes 3 days and can be reversed if you change your mind during this period. Be sure to check in with the Bookwhen support team before deleting your account to explore your options, such as switching to our free plan.
