CSV files organize information in a table. You can open them with programs like Excel or Google Sheets; this format is useful for tasks like importing lists into services such as Mailchimp.

You can export three different sections in .csv format:

Attendances

You can access the attendance report via the Bookings tab by selecting Options, then Export attendances:

This file shows all attendances from the period defined by the selected search filters (Start date and End date)

Bookings

You can access the bookings report via the Bookings tab by selecting Options, then Export attendances:

This file shows all bookings from the period defined in the selected search filters (Start date and End date).

Customers

You can access the customers report via the Customer list by selecting Options, then Export customers:

This file export shows information on all the customers that match the filters you have applied here.

✨ To download information for all of your customers, leave the filters blank).

💡 To note:

  • Sometimes, you might notice entries appearing on the wrong schedule page in the report. This occurs because baskets can be shared across different schedule pages. The exported schedule page is the one where the booking checkout began. This means customers added tickets to their basket on one schedule page, then moved to another and added more, and so on, before proceeding to checkout.

  • Even if you delete a schedule page, the system keeps the booking data for an accurate audit trail.
