Group tickets allow your customers to bring along their friends or relatives, sometimes with the incentive of a discount, at a fixed cost (set by you) on the same ticket.

How to create a group or family ticket
Open the Tickets & Costs tab within your entry settings. From here, select Add another ticket type:
Or, if you already offer multiple tickets, you can select Add another ticket type from the right-hand side:
Add all the relevant information relating to the ticket, such as Ticket name, Ticket cost etc. Once completed, select the Group or family ticket checkbox to make a Group ticket:
Enter a minimum attendee amount in the fields under How many people does this ticket cover?
For example:
The minimum number you can set is 2, and there isn't a limit on the maximum number.
💡 Please note: Regardless of how many attendees a customer adds to this ticket, the price will remain the same. If you'd like to vary the cost depending on group size, we recommend that you repeat the process, ensuring you create a new group ticket for each size.
