Onelink lets you securely save your card details using the email address you entered at checkout. This makes future bookings quicker and easier, letting you complete transactions without re-entering your payment information.
This article explains how to use Onelink to save your payment details for a faster checkout experience.
💡 While you don’t need a Bookwhen account to use Onelink, we recommend creating one for faster checkouts and better booking management.
Checking out using Onelink
Saving your card details in Onelink means you won’t need to enter them again during checkout. To complete a booking using Onelink:
Open your event organiser's booking page.
Select your tickets from the event schedule and open your basket.
Select Book now to proceed through checkout.
Once you have entered the checkout stage, enter your card information, and depending on your event organiser's settings, you'll have the option to select Save your information to pay faster with Onelink:
Fill out the required additional information, such as email, mobile number and full name.
Select the Pay button to complete your booking.
💡 Please note: Sometimes, you may need to verify your details with a code, for example, on your second checkout, when using a different device, or when booking tickets with a new event organiser.
Verification
The second time you check out with the same event organiser, you'll be required to verify that it's you.
After completing the checkout steps and being ready to make a payment, a box requesting a verification code will appear at the top of the payment page.
You’ll receive this code on the mobile number you entered during your first purchase.
Once you receive the code, enter it into the code fields:
The payment page will update, showing only the email and card details used previously.
If you'd like to use the same card, select the Pay button, or change your details by selecting Change next to the card number:
💡 You won’t need to complete the verification step the third time you check out using the same event organiser and device, as this information is saved via a cookie. However, you’ll need to reverify when using a new device or purchasing tickets from a different event organiser.
Updating or removing payment details
If you need to update details saved via Onelink or delete payment details, you can do so directly in your Onelink account. For more information, please visit Onelink’s support page.
