There is a workaround to create a voucher-like offer without upgrading to a higher plan.

Vouchers
First, create a discount code by selecting Packages & Discounts from the left-hand menu, then Discounts.
For a voucher, you must ensure the discount can only be used once by entering '1' in the How many times can the code be used? field:
Once you have created the code, you can then create an entry specifically for the voucher purchase.
Your customer will then purchase a ticket (the value of the discount code), and you can email them their code. You can learn more about this in the next section.
💡 Please note: You can set discount codes against a pass instead of a ticket. You can also create multiple voucher codes at once by separating them with a comma, as shown above.
Selling a voucher
Follow the steps below to set up and sell a voucher:
You can set up a 365-day event so that it stays at the top of your schedule page:
Name the event 'Vouchers' or something similar. You can then include different voucher values as separate tickets.
In the booking confirmation email, ask the customer to contact you after purchase (quoting their booking code).
Upon receiving this email, you can create a unique discount code for them to redeem or pass on a code you have already made.

✨ We recommend ensuring you only enable the online payment option to avoid losing money.
💡 To note: Your customers can make multiple bookings on an entry using the same 'booker' email, but not the same attendee email. For this reason, we recommend that you remove the attendee email booking form field, keeping only the booker email field.
Via PayPal or Stripe
You may invite customers to pay a chosen amount of money by linking a generic 'send money' or 'voucher' function provided by your payment processor (e.g. PayPal, Stripe).
Whenever you receive a payment for a voucher, you can then create a voucher for that value (e.g. £15) using a unique discount code. Then, share the discount code with your customer to be used at their convenience.
💡 Important note
With this voucher workaround, it's important to note that there isn't currently a 'credit' feature in place, meaning customers will need to redeem their voucher amount in its entirety in one purchase, as there isn't a way to store any remaining credit on the system.
