Customers do not need an account to check out with Stripe; they can pay with a debit or credit card. They can also choose to use their mobile phone numbers to pay in subsequent transactions.

Below is a preview of the Stripe checkout form:

It asks for the Card number, Expiration, CVC, Country, and, depending on which country they select, Postal code.

Customers can save their card details for future bookings. However, due to a recent update in the Stripe payment provider integration to enhance security and access more payment methods, the previous method of saving cards is no longer advisable and is incompatible with the new payment form.

The new Stripe payment form presents all available payment methods for convenient transactions. It acts as a "one-stop shop" for payments and automatically incorporates additional payment methods in the future, eliminating the need for continuous updates by Bookwhen.
