BookYourData treats Data Appending and Data Enrichment as the same kind of work delivered in different ways: Data Appending is a done-for-you service, while Data Enrichment runs on the platform.
With Data Enrichment, the client uploads a CSV file or connects a CRM, and the platform fills in the data. With Data Appending, the buyer sends the file to BookYourData and names the blank fields to fill. The service then fills the missing fields in the contact file the buyer already owns.
In both cases the goal is the same: complete contact records. The difference is who operates the process: the client on the platform, or the BookYourData team as a service.
