BookYourData excludes previously downloaded records from new searches through a deduplication filter set to "Net-New Records" by default.
Every account starts with this filter active, so a new search returns only contacts not already downloaded from that account.
Default Deduplication Setting
The default deduplication setting is "Net-New Records," a filter that keeps previously downloaded contacts out of new search results automatically.
No manual setup is required to activate it. The filter applies from the first search made in the account.
How to Verify or Adjust the Filter
The Deduplication / Suppression tab controls this filter, located on the left side of the Filters section, toward the bottom.
Open the Filters section and scroll to the Deduplication / Suppression tab on the left side, toward the bottom.
Confirm the setting shows "Net-New Records," or change it if a different filter is selected.
Confirming this setting makes new searches automatically exclude already-downloaded records, keeping results focused on new leads.
