Yes, every email address is verified in real-time before you download or export leads, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and deliverability. Each email address is assigned one of the following response codes:

1. DELIVERABLE: Indicates a valid email account exists for the address. These emails are safe to mail and are verified as 100% accurate at the time of download. SAFE TO EMAIL

2. UNDELIVERABLE: Signifies the email address is invalid, potentially due to various reasons outlined in the Secondary Statuses. While these records can be downloaded upon approval, it's recommended not to mail to these addresses. DO NOT EMAIL

3. RISKY: Represents email addresses from servers that accept all emails to a domain, potentially filtering or bouncing them later due to a firewall or spam tool. Mailing to risky addresses should be considered carefully based on your Email Service Provider's (ESP) bounce threshold and whether you have a dedicated IP. If your ESP’s bounce threshold is 5% or less: DO NOT MAIL. If your ESP has given you a dedicated IP: MAIL SLOWLY

When exporting, you have the option to select "Deliverable Only" or "Deliverable & Risky". Choosing "Deliverable Only" ensures that you receive only verified and valid email addresses, minimizing the risk of bounces. Credits are charged only for the emails you opt to download, allowing you to tailor your download to your specific needs and preferences.
