If you have an inactive card shown on your withdrawal breakdown, please read further.

As in our terms of service, we refund deposits back to the original deposit method(s) first before you can choose where to send any funds. If the card shown on your withdrawal breakdown is no longer active, we require documentation from your card issuer to confirm this or we can accept proof of ownership such as an image of the inactive card. The documentation must show your full name and the last 4 digits of the card.

Why do we do this? this helps to ensure the security of your account. If someone gains unauthorized access, deposits using your card, and wins then you won't be out of pocket as the deposit method originally used will be refunded.
