To get up and running on the platform, please follow the steps below:
Verify your identity: when you attempt to deposit or make an entry, you'll be prompted to fill out a verification form, please proceed with filling this out. If you fail the automatic process, you will be prompted to upload an image of your photographic ID, alternatively, you can reach out to us on live chat or via email and we will be more than happy to help.
Make a deposit: once your account has been verified, you'll have to make a deposit, to do so, click on the blue 'Deposit' button within the app. You will then see the list of deposit options we have available, you can also see them here.
