As of 07/27/2023, we no longer offer past reporting services only. Moving forward, for your current address, you can now opt-in for either (1) ongoing reporting only or (2) past and ongoing reporting.

Boom is here to make reporting your rent history easy. You can report any valid residential lease that’s currently active.

Let’s make things simpler with a couple of real-life examples:

Scenario 1: Imagine you move in at 123 Main Street in August 2021, we can report your rent payments from August 2021 to July 2023 for the past payments, then August 2023 to August 2024 for ongoing rent payments.

Scenario 2: Let’s say you’re already using our ongoing reporting, and you lived at 123 Main St. from 07/01/2020 but just moved. No worries! You can add your new place, 234 Barton St., for just $36. That’s a whole year of reporting.

At Boom, we’re here to make showing your rent history easy and accurate. Got questions? Need help? Reach out to our support team – we’re here for you! Your rent story matters, and we’re here to help you tell it the best way possible!
