If you are having trouble locating your rental tradeline or if there is an error on your tradeline, please contact us using the chat feature within the Boom App.
If it's been over 30 days since you checked out for BoomReport, please check the Boom app to see if there's an issue verifying your rental data.
Please note: if you use a credit monitoring app like Credit Karma, it may take additional time beyond the credit report update to see your report updated.
