Boom will never contact your landlord.

At Boom, there is no need to involve your landlord in the process and we will not contact your landlord under any circumstances. We do need your landlord's name and phone number for legal reasons but we will never contact them.

We do not accept rent receipts and we are unable to contact your landlord.

Boom will automatically search for your rent payments in your bank account transactions each month using advanced matching technology. We do not accept cash or money orders because these cannot be properly verified through our system.

If you are unable to link the bank account(s) you use to pay rent to your Boom account, we are unable to report your rent payments.
