Boom will not automatically delete your tradeline if you delete or cancel your account.
We will only delete your tradeline if you request a tradeline deletion or if you request and receive a full refund. In order to submit a request, please email email@example.com or start a chat via the Boom app. We will send you a link/form to complete a formal deletion request.
Please note, if your lease is still active and you delete your Boom account, your rental tradeline will become stale, and over time may turn into a closed account with certain credit bureaus.
