You can delete your account by tapping on the "person" icon located on the top left corner of the Boom App and selecting ‘Close account’.
We will close your account and delete your personal information within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once we do.
Boom will not automatically delete your tradeline if you delete or cancel your account.
We will only delete your tradeline if you request a tradeline deletion or if you request and receive a full refund.
Please note, if your lease is still active and you delete your Boom account, your rental tradeline will become stale, and over time may turn into a closed account with certain credit bureaus.
